Why do I need J-Clips?

Why are J-Clips so expensive?

J-Clips are new hair technology. J-Clips are made from an engineered thermoplastic that will not damage your hair if you follow directions. It took over a year to develop the materials used in J-Clips so that the hair would not be damaged.

Will any bent clip do the same thing?

No. The J-clip is a special engineered plastic that does not damage the hair and has a special shape to give the texture in the hair. Texture is lift. Most other clips will damage your hair or not give any lift.

How many J-clips do I need?

You will need at least 15 to do the crown area of the head. You will need 24 – 30 for the whole head. Some ladies will use up to 50 for dramatic results.

Can I do a curl with J-Clips?

Yes, You can do the curl method as shown in the instructional videos on the website.

Will I still have volume if I wash my hair after using J-Clips?

No, this is a wet set system. The reason it works is because you are setting from wet to dry. You dampen the roots. Insert the J-Clips, Dry, remove & style.

How many J-Clips are in a set?

Currently there are 24 with a bonus of 6 Extra Grip for a total of 30 J-Clips

How does your hair & scalp feel using J-Clips?

Wonderful, You can run your fingers through your hair and it feels natural and light on the scalp.

Do you need any of the sticky hair products for J-Clips?

No, you can use our J20 or just water to wet the roots and insert the J-Clips. This makes J-Clips a very natural product to use.

What can I do to get even more volume using J-Clips?

You can insert a second row under the first row to raise the texture and provide even more volume. You can also use a spray gel to dampen the roots and then insert the J-Clips. This will give extra hold.

Can I return J-Clips If I am not satisfied?

We have a 60-Day Return policy. J-Clips are guaranteed for up to 60 days for manufacturing defects and we will gladly replace the defective J-Clips. However we do not offer a money back guarantee. Using J-Clips effectively requires a little practice and the following of the instructional videos and printed instructions to ensure your success.
